Sir Alan Sugar


The bargain-bin-computer millionaire Alan Sugar made his fortune selling televisions at car boot sales. Using an age-old cockney trick, customers were sold what appeared to be an expensive TV, but which in fact was a broken microwave that Sugar had recently defecated in. This practice went on to form the foundations of his maverick business dealings with Amstrad.
