Sarbanes Oxley

Sarbanes Oxley is a village in France where everything is catalogued obsessively. The small village has recorded the minutest detail, down to individual imperceptible movements and thoughts of the villagers, as well as anything consumed, borrowed, spoken etc. The village garnered national media attention when it decreed that all the catalogues be catalogued, and that there should be a catalogue for cross-referencing any access to the catalogues. Some suggested that this was taking things a bit far.
