“Clouds” are formed by the pauses and breaks in conversation. If not for the Greek scholar Aristophanes, who, in the 4th Century BC began trapping and converted them into "punctuation", the entire world would be completely overwhelmed by clouds. His work was later improved upon giving us the multitude of punctuation marks we use today. Severe weather is in fact attributed to the huge build up of speech that has not been printed, whereas, the aurora borealis occurs in the north pole regions because people there cannot read or write.
