Poltergeist
Poltergeist translates into English as "door moment" from German. From Japanese, where the word originates, it means 'super-happy invisible friend'.
In recent years, research into paranomal matters has led to the prevailing theory that poltergeists are generated by the souls of deceased Feng-Shui experts. They are only trying to help, not as previously suggested, that they were just incredibly racist.
The best defence against an unruly poltergeist is to wear two pairs of socks.
