Football Hooligans

In Rome, football hooligans attack rival fans by stabbing them in the bum. Most Roman football fanatics are thus wheelchair bound, not as a result of injury, but rather as a preventative measure. In the past few years, there has been a significant rise in the occurrence of tyre-slashings.
