If you stare at a CV for more than 24 seconds you can actually believe you are that person. Most managers are aware of this so will only glance at a CV briefly, before destroying it. Employment agency staff have a far lower IQ than normal. This allows them to stare endlessly at CV's without any adverse effects.
In 1998 Sylvester Stallone's CV was leaked onto the internet stating mainly about the Rocky films he had been in. This resulted in a 8000% rise in boxing club memberships. Speech therapists are still trying to deal with the after effects to this day.
