Collapsable Ladder

The collapsable ladder was intended as a practical joke. Somehow the first batch suffered a mechanical fault, but proved so immensely popular, the fault was never rectified. This runaway success led B&Q to refurbishing its nationwide chain of joke shops into DIY stores.
