Brie

Brie is the ingredient used for plastering walls. The circlular sections of brie show that the plaster is hardening, as the outside is white and the inside is still tacky. The French discovered that plaster filled sandwiches make a perfect accompany to grapes. If you ever need red plaster, Edam is the obvious choice.
