Breakdancing

Breakdancing was invented by Diana Ross in 1976 when she fell backwards during a performance. The crowd were astonished to see Ms Ross seemingly levitate to her feet from where she lay on the floor, in a move that many years after, people still thought could be done only with hidden wires. Seeing the crowds stunned reaction, Diana then started performing the worlds first glimpse of the 'robot dance' which would go on to be one of her trademarks, along with the airtrack, nike, and the 1080.

In a recent interview however, Ms Ross expressed her surprise at the World in Action move, which she had previously claimed to be theoretically impossible.
