Bank Notes

If you were to lean out of a high window (over 80 meters) and drop loose change, the resulting impact would have a force of roughly 300 tonnes, and scatter the change as far as 3 miles. It was for this reason bank notes were invented.

In England, bank notes come in 4 different colours, as an aid to the blind. Green notes are apple flavoured (£5), Orange is orange (£10), Purple is grape, and Red (£50) has no flavour because all blind people are poor and are unlikely to ever own a £50 note.
