American Civil War

The American Civil War began because somebody found a plaque dedicated to the brave people who died in the American Civil War, and felt that it would be a shame to waste it. The plaque was made as a prop for an experimental play by Earnest Mcarbe and Dudley Bon Amour, about some people who find a plaque dedicated to an un-fought war, and then decide to have a war so that the plaque was not wasted. The irony was lost on the playwrights as they were both conscripted and killed very early on in the conflict.
